FAQs

How can I work with JFERAD as a partner?

We welcome enquiries from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and organisations interested in collaboration. Contact us with a brief introduction, details of your products or services, and the partnership opportunity you would like to explore. You can send your enquiries to support@jferad.com

How do I request a product or get a quotation?

Click “Get Quote on WhatsApp” on a product listing or contact us with your requirements. Share the product name, quantity, preferred specifications, and delivery location so we can assess your request and provide a suitable quotation.

Can you source a product that is not listed on your website?

Yes. Our website showcases only part of what we can help you source. Send us a product description, photo, link, or specification, and we will explore suitable options through our supplier network.

Can I buy a single item, or do you only handle bulk orders?

Order quantities depend on the product and supplier. Some products are available as individual units, while others require a minimum order quantity. We will confirm this when preparing your quotation.

How do you assess product quality?

Quality requirements are discussed during the sourcing process. Depending on the product, assessment may involve reviewing specifications, supplier information, samples, or inspection arrangements. Any required certifications or performance standards should be stated when making your enquiry.

What is included in my Quotation

Your quotation will specify the products or services covered and the applicable costs. Shipping, inspection, customs duties, taxes, and other charges will be identified as included, excluded, or subject to confirmation. Please review the quotation before making payment.

Can you help me develop or customise a product?

Yes. We can help refine your idea, define requirements, and coordinate design, prototyping, and development with relevant specialists and manufacturing partners. We begin by discussing your goals, budget, and intended users to determine a practical scope.

Do your products come with warranties or after-sales support?

Warranty and support terms vary by product and manufacturer. Before you place an order, kindly clarify the available coverage, its duration, and the process for reporting a fault or requesting assistance.
